Introduce your child of the world of tumbling. Designed for beginners, tumblers will learn foundational skills like forward rolls, backward rolls, handstands, and cartwheels in a fun structured environment

This class is for athletes ages 6-11 interested in taking their basics to the next level. This class focuses on the foundation of body awareness, muscle control, strengthening and flexibility progressing though proper tumbling technique. Trained Skills: Handstand snap downs, handstand forward roll, round-off, front walkover, back walkover

Prerequisite: Handstands, back and front walkover
Tuition: $60/mo.

This class is for athletes who have mastered handstands and back and front walkover. The athlete will be working towards performing back handsprings and a round off back handspring.

Prerequisite: Standing & Running Back Handspring
Tuition: $60/mo.

This class is designed for athletes to learn basic form for performing advanced tumbling skills, while achieving & perfecting running and standing tuck skills. Special emphasis will be placed on core, hip flexor, and low back strengthening and development.

Prerequisite: Standing tuck, Running Back Handspring and tuck
Tuition: $60/mo.

This class is designed for athletes to learn basic form for performing advanced tumbling skills, such as layouts and twisting skills. Special emphasis will be placed on core, hip flexor, and low back strengthening and development.

Tuition: $80/mo.

STUNT the Class provides an introduction to STUNT the Sport! Athletes will learn the rules, routines, and techniques of STUNT while building skills in stunting, jumps and tumbling. No experience is needed—this class is perfect for beginners, those preparing for our upcoming STUNT season evaluations, or just to try something new! The session will conclude with an exciting end-of-year performance, giving athletes the chance to showcase their progress.

Join us in our Beginning Cheer class! This is an introductory class for beginning athletes ages 4-9 who are interested in learning the basics of cheerleading. Students will be introduced to cheer fundamentals such as motions, jumps, stunt technique, sideline cheer/dances and basic tumbling.

Unlock your body’s full potential. This dynamic session focuses on enhancing flexibility, refining body positions, and building strength. Tailored for all levels, the class combines targeted exercises to improve flexibility and conditioning, ultimately helping you achieve spectacular body lines and flying positions in the air!

Here at Empire Cheer and Stunt, we proudly offer specialized stunt and tumble training for high school teams in the surrounding area. Our expert coaches focus on building strength, technique, and confidence to help teams perform at their highest level. Whether you’re looking to master stunting skills or enhance your tumbling routines, we provide tailored training that meets your team’s unique needs. Our goal is to support local high school athletes in achieving excellence, teamwork, and success in every performance.

Prerequisite: Completion of Level 2 or demonstrated equivalent proficiency

This class is designd for athletes who are Level 3 or higher. It will focus on developing and perfecting standing, running and combination tumbling skills. It meets 2x per week for 30 minutes. Athletes are required to be warmed up and streached prior to the start of class.
