Tiny Tot Tumbling: Pre-requisite Skills: NONE This class is for athletes ages 3-5 interested in learning the basics of tumbling. Int. Tumbling for Elementary Pre-requisite Skills: Cartwheel, handstand, back bridge This class is for athletes ages 6-11 interested in taking their basics to the next level. This class focuses on the foundation of body awareness, muscle control, strengthening and flexibility progressing though proper tumbling technique. Trained Skills: Handstand snap downs, handstand forward roll, round-off, front walkover, back walkover

Back Handsprings: Prerequisite: Handstands, back and front walkover This class is for athletes who have mastered handstands and back and front walkover. The athlete will be working towards performing back handsprings and a round off back handspring.

Tuck Class: Prerequisite: Standing & Running Back¬ Handspring This class is designed for athletes to learn basic form for performing advanced tumbling skills, while achieving & perfecting running and standing tuck skills. Special emphasis will be placed on core, hip flexor, and low back strengthening and development.

Layouts and Twisting Skills Class: Prerequisite: Standing, Running Back¬ Handspring and tuck This class is designed for athletes to learn basic form for performing advanced tumbling skills, such as layouts and twisting skills. Special emphasis will be placed on core, hip flexor, and low back strengthening and development.

Boys Tumbling: This class is designed for boys aged 4 and older, with a primary focus on enhancing strength, agility, and tumbling abilities. Participants will explore various activities including weightlifting, tumbling, and cardio to build new skills, strength, and stamina.
