Novice

Novice is for individuals ready to perform and begin their cheer journey. This entry-level All-Star team focuses on building strong fundamentals, teaching proper technique, and developing skills to compete. Athletes will learn motions, jumps, basic stunts, and beginner tumbling in a fun, supportive environment while gaining confidence and experience.

Prep

Prep is designed for athletes developing their tumbling and technical foundation. This program focuses on strengthening skills, building confidence, and enhancing performance quality – all within a supportive, competitive team environment. Prep creates the perfect bridge between beginner fundamentals and higher-level competition.

Elite

Elite is designed for athletes with strong technical foundations and advanced skill proficiency. These teams are built for individuals prepared to train at a high level and compete in highly competitive divisions. Our Elite athletes demonstrate commitment, discipline, and the drive to perform at their best
